63 Impala -- Nothing works

I have a 1963 Impala all stock. I went for a ride on Sunday, car had NO problems.Tried to start the car on Monday NOTHING - NO lights, radio, interior lights NOTHING car will not turn over or even click when I use the Ing. switch. I have a New battery 1 week old, full charge at 13.7 volts, just checked it . Checked and cleaned the negative cable connection at the block. [IMG][/IMG] Positive cable looks tight at the starter. I did not clean the Positive cable at the starter yet. Could the solenoid be shot and not be letting any juice through?[IMG][/IMG]
Last year New Ignition switch, voltage regulator, neutral safety switch and horn relay.
Any ideas

Start at the pos batt terminal and work your way back to the fuse block.... ie neg side of multi meter clamped to a good engine ground.... should get x volts at the pos terminal, if so move down to the other end of the pos cable etc....

Check the ground cable that goes from the back of the head to the firewall. These are known to rot off or be left off when work is done.
As mentioned above get a good ground on the block and start at the positive battery terminal and work out from there.
Just looked at a schematic, all the power feeds junction at the horn relay.

There are no fuseable links in these cars.......I believe

I had a 64 Chevy one time....Everything electrical would just die from time to time....I would stomp on the floor near the fuse box and it would come back on.....Turns out it was the contacts in the connector piece at the firewall.......

0.37 volts at fire wall connector. I don't think this is enough.

Yes that is connected directly to the battery. I would check the junction at the horn relay

This is the way my manual says it should be wired.( 1963 Impala)
I have 13.7 volts to the horn relay but only 0.37 volts at the voltage reg.

According to the schematic I have that is the junction for the whole car. I would disconnect the battery, take that junction aparat and check for corrosion or a broken wire.

My mistake junction connection is CORRECT.
I only get 0.37 volts at the connector plug.
Could the horn relay be shot?
