I'm Needing Help With Seat Prices

this Guys 63 nova has impala seats in it, he said they fit with no modification's. look like 65 or 66 impala seats to me. hes in Garden City GA. i'm in South Central Nebraska. he offered me these seats for $1000 i said no thanks, there not in my budget right now. but now hes offering them for $650 i do have a 63 Nova project going and I need seats. it's a 4 + yr project Nova plan. so it's hard 4 me think seats right now, and there not in my budget right now. as i'm in suspension brakes and body and motor mode right now. Ok A Long Storie but heres my Question what is a fair price ? is $650 fair ? shipping i'm guessing would be high $$$

I would hold off and wait to find a better deal. I got some 66 malibu ss seats for 40 bucks (they were bolted to the bed of a buddys truck when he bought it).Im not entirely sure but i think any gm seat will bolt in if it came with buckets originally.

IMO that is too high, unless that is what you actually want.

For example = You could put FOUR adjustable supportive front buckets from a Mustang GT or some neat car in there for $ 300 and build a nice full length console, etc.

Been there, done that.

i would like to have them, they would take care of my rear & front seat problem in a easy way, (and i like them front buckets, and the look of the rear impala seat) but $650 is to much. at 1st he ask what i would offer, i said $150 $200 but like you guys, said i can always come up with a set of buckets out of something. and i can recover the original back seat. i just don't have any front seats, but i'm so far from needing seats it's hard to think about em now.
