64 Comet? engine size
Ok a fellow club mate has a 64 merc comet that he loves to death! But he has no idea what liter motor he's running. its a stock straight 6cyl. what where the liter options between 61-65?
help he's driving me NUTS!!!!

I have no idea on the question, just wanted to say love the pinstripe job on the hood. Nothing says rod like pinstripin.

Okay, i found one that says it is 170 horses, and one that says it is 170 ci. so i dunno, maybe both.

info i have is as follows: (couldn't be simpler!! lol)
Engines available 1961-1965 1961 : 144.3", 170", 223" 1962 : same as above 1963 : 144.3", 170" 1964 : 170", 200" 1965 : 200" Hope this helps. JB
