64 Nova build.. suggestions on a transmission
Im trying to plan for all the work that I want to do on my 64 nova but I don't know about the transmission. I am pretty sure that I am going to run a chevy small block (hopefully around 500 hp) and either a power glide trans. or a manual. I like a six speed because of the cruising but I like a 4 speed as well. The powerglide is my back up because I already have one and cause they take so much abuse. If I was to go with a six speed which would I use and how hard would it be to bolt everything up? Im not worried about fabricating a cross member or drive shaft
