think all the BBC blocks except the tall deck truck blocks were given the "high perf" designation, heads that had high perf meant rectangle ports, "pass" heads were oval. Don't know what peanut port heads or TD heads got- and I even ported a set of PP heads years ago...
Your block being a 4-bolt, really IS "HP", AFA production blocks go.
No idea on the "F", sorry.
