Summit has a whole bunch of regulators.
I filtered the list down to what I think might suit your needs.

I see that Summits also stocks the same Airtex fuel pump part numbers that I provided above.

Edit:
You'll also want a fairly decent in-line fuel filter between the tank and the pump.

I isntalled a "Tanks, Inc." '49-'52 Chevy passenger car gas tank behind the rear axle.

Here is a thread I created that gives the basics: Rear Mount Gas Tank 63-72 Short Bed Step Side - ChevyTalk --The Social Network for Chevy Fans

I am runing a carb so I am using the regular mechanical fuel pump. However, Tanks Inc. also has an in-tank fuel injection pump that will work with their tanks. In-Tank Fuel Pump Module - GPA-Series

Nice-looking job there, Lake.
If and when I ever get around to finishing my fleetside, I was envisioning a 1976 suburban tank, and grafting a fuel filler door to the outer panel. The suburban had about the same width on the frame rails, I think

It would likely take a bit of work to build in some kind of pocket or cover for the filler neck.

Spectra Premium # GM15A

Attributes
Gas Tank Capacity : 25 GAL; 95 l
Gas Tank Height : 28 3/4"
Gas Tank Length : 28 1/8"
Gas Tank Width : 10 3/4"

I couldn't read your dimensions in your diagram.
Does this sound close?
