Is there a way to fix my door panels?
Any idea would be appreciated.

You have some 40 year old door panels. Once the backer board has changed it's shape like yours has, it is impossible to flatten it. You can still use the original fabric, which seems to be in almost perfect condition, but you are probably not going to be able to fix this yourself. You need an experienced upholsterer to
remove the original door panel fabric, duplicate the door panel board, and re-attach the original fabric to new door panels.

No one lives forever, the trick is creating something that will.
