65 Impala Drum Brakes Question

I was wondering how to adjust the brakes on my 65 Impala.I got drum brakes and I am having a problem with the front passenger side. When I am driving,I hear kind of a grinding noise and its like shaking the tire when I am driving. It kind of feels like the brake on that side is sticking and pushing up against the drum without me pushing the brakes down. What could the problem be?Do I need to adjust the brakes?I just had the drums turned about 2 monthes ago.Any suggestions would be great. Thanks,

Eazy

jack up wheel and spin tire, see how hard it is to spin, could be tight brake or wheel bearing going bad, tire could be out of balance
