65' impala freebie, possiblities?

my aunt says i can have the impala but her husband thinks it has starter problems. It is pretty rusted in places and has water damage to the interior. i don't know much about cars and anything can help like how much to repair.

What do you want to do to the car? Is it a 2 door, 4 door, what is it worth? Freebies are great, if you just want to drive the car, what is the price of a new starter? Post some pics if you can and tell us what you would like to do with this car.
