65 nova

hello i have a 65 nova and i am trying to remove the heater cables and they wont come off how do i removve them? do you know where i might be able to get new ones?

You might try....

A book from Year One...ck with them or try this site. www.chevytalk.com for some connections. Be willing to wait for your answers on this site...response can be VERY slow in coming but they will eventually get around to your problem...some people do a LOT of research before contacting you. I would look for a good book to help in disassembling your NOVA, you get what you pay for so expect to shell out a few bucks for a GOOD extensive book.

if I remember correctly when I pulled the heater on the 63, I took the cables off the heater core side first(there is a small clamp that holds them) remove clamp,"bend" cable out of the hole, once the cable is off the core side it should come off easily off the control side.
