Is a 650cfm carb noticeably better than a 600cfm

I gotta 600cfm on my 400. Does that sh!t and get, or what?? Havent ran it yet.

I think that depending on how its drove the 600 or 650 could make a big difference. cfm = (max rpm)(cid)divided by 3456 is the formula my dad told me to chose my carbs.
580cfm = 5000rpm times 400cid divided by 3456
694cfm = 6000rpm times 400cid divided by 3456
925cfm = 8000rpm times 400cid divided by 3456
