65el camino front suspension to low ?
I put 13 inch Bear Brakes with 2 inch drop spindels with air ride and 18 inch wheels with 40 series tires and with out the front clip or motor in the front crossmember only sits 2 and half inchs off the ground with the bags full is this height sound right ?

2 1/2" with full bags, no front clip or engine, you are way too low.

would anybody know what i can do to solve this prob ?

do you have your heart set on the 40 series tires?
you may have go to standard spindles |

I would check the angle of the lower control arm, if they are parallel with the ground then higher profile tires and/or stock spindles. If they are higher at the ball joint than the inboard mounting point, get taller bags.
