66 Mustang
I have a friend who badly wants a fastback mustang, but there is a local and fairly nice 66 coupe he has found for sale. The man who is selling it only wants 6000 for it (greatly less than a real fastback), so i was wondering if i could get some opinions on converting this mustang into a fastback.
Here is a website of the needed parts: http://www.parts123.com/parts123/yb....~A0~~~~~A10~A1 Would these parts even fit/work? My next question is what other things should he be looking into in order to make it look like a fastback. How much would it cost to install these panels and roof because he will not be doing this himself. Any opinions would be appreciated! |

it is a tremendous amount of work on a unibody. you basically back halfing it. it will not be cheap as it will eat up a lot of man hours if done right.
