That's a TCP suspension parts & rack. I like they way the rack works. I've been reading up on suspensions and one problem in converting a drag link car to r&p is that the tie rod arms aren't designed for r&p and causes some geomtry issues such as unwanted toe in or toe out as the wheels turn while the drag ling stays pretty much a zero toe changes. The way the rack is working here with the straight bar, it's mimmicing the drag link and I'd guess along with zero toe change.
