66 Mustang Progress

Hey guys. I need some advise on the next step on my Mustang. I have the filler work completed, epoxy primed and coated with 2k primer. I blocked the first 2k primer with 180 resprayed two more coats and blocked with 320. Before I move on to the rest of the car what should I do finish this part up? It may be 6 months before I am ready to paint so should I put another coat of 2k on and sand before paint, or would it be better to put a sealer coat on?

I'd put a seal coat of SPI epoxy on it and not worry about it getting some contamination on it.

Is the noticeable delta around the wheel arch something to be concerned with at this point in the process? Just wondering.

Good catch stick. No it's where I had problems getting the flare nice and straight. I ended up going down to bare metal so I sprayed a coat of epoxy on it before I layed down more 2k primer. The darker color you see is where I sanded back down to the epoxy.
