The Nova ( ChevyII) is considered a compact car, and the Chevelle is considered a mid-size car. That being said, there is only 2 inches difference in wheelbase size between the two cars you mentioned. It is possible that the front seats are the same, but I don't know for sure.

nova seat cover

ok thanks I saw a picture of the chevelle seat and it looks identical to my 66 nova seat which is to be installed into my 55 chevy 210. I am able to get a good deal on upholstry for the 64 seat.

I would say there's an 80% chance the seat frames, and seat foam are the same. The seat covers would be different styles, but should fit on the seat frame.

Just my opinion but I'd say probably no. There is a width difference between the two interiors, and it seems to me that Chevy II seats are taller.

But, like anything else...try it and see.
