Every 67 C10 I have ever seen has a IFS ... from the factory.
Heavier duty trucks of that year do have a straight axle. .

WHY ??
The stock IFS is a good design, study enough for the trucks weight and parts are easily accessible. It would cost 3 or 4 times the $$$ to install A Heidis VS a stock rebuild. .

IFS swap
It is very cheap and easy to swap in a 1973 to 1985 Chevy 1/2 ton 5 lug front end.The used parts are plentiful and cheap.I put a 1981 front cross member in a 1965 C10 with no problem.Your truck does have IFS but it has 6 lugs and no power disc brakes or steering. With the right donor truck you can make the swap for whatever it costs for the donor truck and a few parts that might need replacing like bushings unless the donor truck is in good shape. You can drop the truck with drop spindles that are readily available for the newer truck.I am not trying to make money, this is free info. If you want to know more details just ask.
