Several companies make sub frame connectors, the one thing they have in common is that you'll have to notch the floor for the length of the connectors from the from sub-frame to the rear frame section. You weld the floor and the frame sections front and rear to the connectors. This also gives you a point to attach a roll bar to the floor if you want to add that as well. If you dig thru the Hot Rod Magazine or Car Craft Archives online I think you can find a pictorial covering this subject. It is the same for the Camaro's and Nova's.
Do you still have to do that with bolt-on subframe connectors that does not require welding?
