PCV was placed on the vavle cover in 68. In 67 it was on the oil fill tube off the intake manifold. If the block is ok, then sell it to someone restoring an old Vette, Camaro, Nova or Chevelle. Guys are always looking for dated stuff, same with the heads and intake. If you are still set on building a fun SBC, try to find a Vortec engine with 062 or 906 heads. The technology placed in the cylinder heads and block are well worth it compared to the older stuff.
