67 Mustang Front Seats

Ive got a 67 Mustang right now and im wanting to do a "conversion" on the front seats and put seats out of something like a 5.0 Mustang from the 80's something with a higher back for more comfort and safety if i get in an accident... i want something out of a mustang since i only want mustang parts in my cars, im just wandering if anyone knows of a company that sells new seat tracks made for my body or how i would modify the new ones to fit my car?

Im pretty sure that was confusing but hopefully someone understands what i meant

Your tracks may bolt to the later seats, you will have to measure them. Cant see them changing too much.

seat tracks=$60? from any of the Mustang resto houses

????"most" 80's model seats will work with the existing tracks, by drilling the track top piece to match the seat bolts location if it doesn't line up

don't throw away the original seats, car is worth less with wrong seats/upholstery....
