68 Chevelle Header Question
Quick question....
I recently bought a motor to replace a 307 in my 68 chevelle. The motor I bought is a 350, with L98 aluminum heads, or the same heads that are used on the ZZ4 motors. Will a set of Holley Flowtech headers for a small block chevy fit on this motor. The exhaust ports are D shaped, and the plugs sit at an angle, since the heads are aluminum. If the flowtechs will not fit, where is a good place to find headers for this certain application? THanks

I'm fairly certain I have flowtechs on my car. I hate them. Look elseware, try hooker perhaps.

Hooker, Hedman, or JBA headers are much better than flowtechs. Even though flowtech parts are made by Holley, those headers are a pain. Flowtech mufflers are OK though.

If you go to http://www.hedman.com , you can use their charts to find your application. There are a lot of footnotes that you have to look at to make sure that you get the right part number based on angled plugs, P/S, etc...
