Lower it with 17's in front, 19's out back, killer sound system and cruise the wheels off it.

welcome to the site

Rarely see many C bodies rodded but I have a friend who has a couple. The Bs are the popular cars.

I suggest 15-16 inch wheels with 60 series tires, maybe 17s. Go either period or modern. I don't like the big wheels and rubber band tires. Avoid the big/littles excess.
Lower the front a little, the rear is already sagging down, huh? Avoid the stink-bug on a C, do the cruiser.
Mopars don't stop well. Upgrade to later power disc brakes.
Make it sound good= Dynomax super turbos

It won't be fast even with a 440, so just look good cruisin'.

Years ago I had a 318 car that looked and sounded good. I refused to race anybody, period. Somehow I developed the reputation of being the fastest car around..... just good "profiling". LOL

LOL! That's the way it was bout 6-8yrs ago for me. I bought a really clean '73 Satellite with 27k miles out of FL. Put a Roadrunner bulge hood on it, cop car wheels, Eddy intake, AFB carb, headers and full duals with Flowmaster 40s. It sounded great for a 318, but in reality it was just a nice cruiser that got 18mpg. A few people would try to race, but I always declined. Word got back around a few times that other guys thought it was fast, etc.

Excellent !!!!
I have a 63 hardtop car now that is sort of in the same situation. I runs real well and is a tire burner (five speed stick) and the 400 Nova/SS454 Chevelle guys won't race me.. It is all about perception and sounding right.

Compared to the newer 90s cars, the old cars were only fast in our memories. As the years have gone by the old cars have gotten a second or 2 quicker than they really were 35-40 years ago... LOL

Gotta tell this story.

I did street race a few times for fun. I was in the right lane and a kid was in his dad's 62 '98 olds in the left lane, we ran 35 on up. It was absolutely even all the way. I kept looking over at him and smiling, waving for him to pass me, but we were both full bore. I messed with him up to about a 100 and then backed off. He believed that I was super fast and just messing around driving alongside of him for the fun of it......LOL.

I had a '69 Fury III 'vert. That was a comfortable car. In my opinion cars that big are really better for cruising. I put a set of Magnum 500s, dual exhaust and a 4bbl on the 318.
