What is the biggest sized tires h and w, that i can fit in my 69 Camaro rear wheel wells?

That will depend on what your rim backspacing is. Go to your local wheel/tire shop and get them to measure for you. They will tell you how big you can go with what amount of backspacing. If you already have a set of wheels you want to use it will depend on their backspacing.
