Tip: go to your local library and find an ancient parts interchange manual for 64-69 or around that period. You will find that the part numbers are listed for each component of the steering system. This will guide you as to which vehicles are direct donors for your project. You may be able to just look at the parts and determine that they will work. I do know that the 69 camaro used a 2 piece spindle. I converted my 69 from drum to disc by using part of the 69 and part of the later series spindle to adapt the rotors to the drum spindle. You may also be able to get some information from a company like Master Power Brakes, Baer or Stainless Steel Brakes. You won't want to pay their prices, but they may give you enough informtation to get what you need accomplished.
