Look at Fordfe.com and fepower.net for the BEST info on the Ford FE engine. The hard part about building a 428 is the engine blocks are hard to find. You can build a stroker motor out of the much more common 360/390 blocks and get a 445 cid motor. Vendors that are on those sites have all the specifics.
I know where I can get a 428 from a friend of mine, all machine work has been done, block bore .030,crank .010----head work been done-its all new but it all got to be put together---Just wanted to see what more I can get out of it before putting it together.
