69 Le Mans trunk lid
Hey Guys,
I'm new to the forum and have a question. I recently bought a 69 Le Mans. The car is in great shape but the trunk lid has rusted through on the lip. I have been searching for a steel replacement or maybe a fiberglass replacement but have come up short. Any suggestions would be great. Last edited by cyclebilly1973; 05-09-2006 at 05:50 PM. I suggest
Verbe Temples Used Auto Parts 803 - 657 - 5858 In Batesburg SC ... He has 8000 old cars and his son Russell goes to the Charlotte AutoFair ... so he is a old car guy . I am in West Columbia and go there to get parts for my old projects. Also ... there is a cruise in this Saturday evening ... the second Saturday of May ... at the Fat-Boys in West Columbia SC ... starts around 6 and goes until 9  Some 69 - 70 GTO types show up and may have a lead on parts for you. Some of the Sumter Street Rod guys come over also ...Fat Boys is on US #1 between I-20 and I-26 ...  .
