69 Nova - manual steering box slack

I have searched but I don't know enough about this steering box to figure out how to adjust it...

Does anyone know about these units? It is in a 69 Nova, stock manual steering box.... I want to try and adjust as much slack out of it as I can before I just go and buy a new one....

Thanks!
Sean

You would probably benefit more if you took the car to a front end shop. There is a lot more to "adjusting" these steering boxes then you would think...
Read this and do a search. there is a lot of info out there...
