No such thing as an RS Nova in 1969, or any year for that matter. There is a Rally Nova from 1971-72, and then again from 1977-79. It is just "Rally Nova", not Rally Sport(RS).

A real Rally Nova is unlikely to have positraction as the Rally option is just an appearance package, not a performance package like the Super Sport (SS) is. Someone would have to have ordered the positraction, it wouldn't have been standard. This is one of those "jack it up and check it" moments unless you can find a posi tag on the housing or get the code off the passenger side axle tube and determine what it has that way.

Best to assume that it doesn't have posi when deciding value or whether to buy or not, and be pleasantly surprised if it does have it when checked later.

Check in the site map for more info on the Rally at www.novaresource.com

Did you actually mean SS Nova(Super Sport)?? A real deal Super Sport would have a 12-bolt rear axle and about 90% probability of having a positraction.

Just how much is left of the car, Hell it might be worth the 80 mile trip for a good parts car. I have went farther JMO
