Any one know the flow rate for stock 6X D port heads?

There's a disclaimer at the beginning of the flow charts that warn to use the numbers mainly as a comparison to the other heads that were flowed on that particular bench. Then there's no mention (that I saw) of what depression they were flowed at, either.

That said, the flow on Pontiac heads generally are not very good. My 468 Pontiac w/ported 6X-4's- with 2.11/1.66 (i.e. stock) valves made a max of 444 HP @ 4950 RPM. These heads were not flowed, maybe someone w/software could extrapolate the flow required to make that HP. The cam was 0.500" lift w/234 @ 0.050" on a 108 LSA, as best I remember. CR was 9.25:1.

cobalt, If those flow numbers that you posted were from an old HPP, those tests were done at 10 inches of water, so the numbers at 28" would be higher.

They are showing a 6X-4 on this sight with flow numbers that are a little bit more believable.
