Don't need different valves, You just need 10° retainers and 10° locks. Locks just need to match your valve stem size. There are +.050", standard, and minus .050" locks if you need to dial in spring installed heights (they just machine the lock ridge higher or lower).

Is there a specific reason for the change? 7 degree locks work better for street engines. 10 degree locks are for high spring load, aggressive roller cam type profiles..

In addition to the plus and minus sizes listed. There are plus and minus locks in .020 and .030. Just don't mix them up with other off sets on the same valve stem..
