7" Headlights Question

I'm just starting to look for some headlights for my '41 Chevy and can't find any info on whether the ones I see advertised have Hi/Lo beams, and of course I want both, LOL.

Any info would be appreciated.

Doc here,

Went looking for you also, didn't find any part numbers for a 41 at all...

I can tell you the last designator 01 , 02 shows that it is either high or low beem...1 is high/low 2 is high only.

The High/low will have a 3 pin socket...The high only will have a 2 pin socket.

Also, there seems to be a wealth of 7 inch round headlights for Eruo Style vehicles (BMW, Volks Etc..) So you might try a goggle search for a few of those.

The Designator H1..H2...Etc..stands for Halogen (round) ..So you might want to consider that as opposed to the incandescent.straight up plug and play in the original headlight frames. But they do draw a bit more power..a trade off for many more times the lighting field...

Hope that Helps!

Doc
