I have a 78 Buick regal putting in a 383 and i ordered a 7 quart oil pan the engine has a one peace rear main seal don't know the true year of it 87 to 95 but the new pan don't fit the rear seal is like really big round on the pan almost as big as the front seal surface proudly and inch different in size and my old pan is like the old sbc pan with the two peace rear main seals kind of small in diameter and i don't know how to order a new one i tried calling them to ask but no one seem to understand why it don't fit on my engine?

A manufacturer's part number and name would be most helpful. Also, the catalog number of what you ordered and from whom would be most useful. On the surface it sounds like the two piece and one piece rear seal pans are mixed up.
