70 Chevelle Conv. Dyeing Cloth Interior? Or Replace?

Looking for a little help here. I have been looking at replacement of my bench seat in a 70 Chevelle convertible. It has been a tough grind trying to find red wool material to replace the center panels. Vinyl is no problem. Anyone have a source of fabric?

A thought did occur to re-dye the cloth and vinyl seats as they are in excellent condition for the 10 + years they spent in the Tucson sun except for the sun fading as seen in the picture. I thought of using SEM products to dye the vinyl and the cloth, but will the SEM product stand up to the test of rubbing, sweat, and sliding in and out, over time.

Has anyone used SEM to dye cloth on a seat?

Looking at the pictures, what would you do with these seats in order to keep them the same look?
