Tall order. Doable but not cheap. I've seen such small blocks. The Nova ProCharger used as a demo car for Super Chevy shows in '09 did it. You can build a 400 HP version fairly easily, and add a 300-fogger...

The supercharged engine will "last" longer than the nitrous engine, but still, not much. You might consider stroking it to get a little "closer" with the base build, then add the goodies. If it's for the street and you want any semblance of practicality, use a big block...

thats about 1/2 of what you need, not counting the drive line parts to handle the power and suspension to plant the power

A rebuilt t-350 will last a couple months behind 700 hp.The stock rear end might last a little longer as long as you dont use big slicks. better axles are in order and a t-400 is a lot stronger.
You will need proper traction devices including shocks.Spring rates may need to be changed?
700 hp in a heavy truck is a poor way to go fast

hp is not as expensive as reliability.

get your transmission/converter/cooler installed.Make sure the diffs center section is ready, install the axles.
Then if I were you,I would PM 1gary and get his formula for a 700 plus HP engine.
Do you plan to use a roots type blower? what size? High boost pressure or low?Is the 8k just for the engine or is that to also buy blower and carbs? custom headers and exhaust will cost $2500
