700r 4 transmission
shifts fine in 2nd, 3rd and overdrive, but will not shift out of 1st until extremely high rpms, have adjusted the throttle cable, no help, replaced transmission filter no help, wired the voltage to the torque converter no help. whats my problem?

Have you checked the fluid level? how old is the tranny?
How are you adjusting the t.v cable. Pull the release clip, pull the cable out tight, then open the throttle all the way and while its open reattach the retaining clip. Try this thread, 700R4 trouble
