700R4 to 4L60E swapped already
i bought a 1998 Chevy Silverado half ton Z71 with a vortec 5.7. I just found out that the transmission in the truck right now is a 700R4. I need to know is what do i need to swap it back to the original 4L60E? Any and all help is appreciated. and i need it in a hurry its sitting in the shops parking lot right now and he will charge storage fees soon.
