Does anyone know where I can buy a 2 terminal NO 4th. gear pressure switch by it self, not in a kit?

they dont even come in a rebuild kit. it will need to be purchased by its self.
you might try www.wittrans.com they sell parts over the web and have decent prices. or if you do a google, there may be a local trans parts distributor that you can obtain the switch from.

If you mail-order it, the shipping will be more than the part. Looks like you're only a few minutes from Nashville, there's bound to be a local trans shop in the yellow pages...

I can help a little but CRS (cant remember ****) is a problem for me. I swaped the presure switch in a 2004r for 4th gear lockup. As I recall the switch is NO and speced from a th400 trans.. Auto parts stores dont have the brains to find the switch in there computer so I got the switch at my local gm dealer and it was a stock item.. Sorry I dont have the part no. Best I can do for ya

Is the 2 terminal 3rd gear pressure switch that transmissionpartsusa list the same as the 2 terminal 4th pressure switch that comes in the TCI lock up kit?

I rebuilt and beefed up the 700R4 in my rod with products I got from www.700raptor.com and I thought their stuff was good. Have you tried surfing their website for the part you're looking for??



I forgot to mention, I thought their technical support was decent too, but I was working on the trans with a friend who is a qualified GM transmission man, so I had good support at my elbow during the rebuild.......
