The second project is a 31 Coupe with a BBC. I am contemplating going with a 700 instead of the T400. Anyone else out there running a 700r4 behind a BBC that is making about 500 HP with 4.11 gears?
Would love to hear any feedback / suggestions on the benefits of the 350 vs. 700 or 400 vs. 700 for both builds. Both cars are being built to be cruisers with some track time. Potentially will hit the road for long cruises so that is the primary reason I am looking at the 700r4. Thanks.
Getting the TV/ThrottleValve cable bracket & cable geometry setup with a tunnel ram will be tricky. 1 or 2 carb setup?
As long as the 700R4's are built to handle the torque that shouldn't be a problem.
