700r4 dust cover help

I have a 700r4, and going down the bottom from the bell housing there are no holes made for the dust cover and the one he gave me is to an newer transmission that wont fit my engine, does anyone know where I can get a dust cover that will work that doesn't hook to the transmission? I'd really rather not go to the boneyard either for one.

All the ones I have seen bolt to the transmission, and most of the after-market covers need modifications to fit.

See same as me, I've only seen them that connect under the bell housing but I've seen some that connect to the engine block itself but I am still unsure if I can get one that will fit it, because my 700r4 has NO holes for the dust cover what so ever, and its an aluminum tranny so I wouldn't want to drill any holes in it.
