700r4

Several companies do but some are a waste of money. ATSG has a good one(transonline.com) I bought a video on the 700R4 it was helpful because you can see what the book is refering to. Got that on Ebay.

Yes the books are up to date, and they have a techline you can Email questions. The company for the tape was Techanical Video Fall Creek Wi. I think I wore blank spots just reviewing parts over and over. The onle problem with any of these books or tapes is that describe how everything should fit, but what if it didn't?(they don't cover that most times)

The ATSG guide will show how to pull it apart, this forum is also a great source of modification information and advise.
I photo-diaried my rebuild here http://www.mez.co.uk/Chevy700r4pg3.html
which illustrates how to make the "special" tools you need to carry out varios steps. Said rebuild is now approaching its first birthday living behing my turbo'd sbc - longest lasting 700r4 ive ever owned.
