just had a 700r4 overhualed by a [BUD] and it has a slippin second strong first and thrid...though even if you put it manualy in to first it shifts to a slippin second and no overdrive or reverse. ................alright all you tranny experts..lemme have it......this is the third bad transmission i've installed in this truck and it's gettin old quick!!!!!!!!!!!

Take the transmission out and get a transmission shop to rebuild it for you, keep you bud as a freind not your transmission builder.You might be money ahead and still bud's.No easy answer without knowing your year and parts installed, but you can tell me more will help where I can.
