Post 700r4 not shifting

I recentley got my 700 rebuilt, it has a transgo shift kit and a stall not shure on what kind, and a b&m cooler. Heres my problem, ill be cruising 1/4 throtle on the gas and it will shift good, but if I go full throtle after second it will just rev high and feel like if it kicks into neutral, but if i let of the gas it will throw 3rd in. It ran cool for about 2 months it just recentley started doing this
what could it be. could it be my tv cabl or is it something internal

Definitely sounds like a TV cable problem. Is this a stock setup or custom rod? Contact BowTie Overdrives. They see to have taken the mystery out of setting up the TV on these overdrives which is very critical.

Look up 700r4 on the net . There is a site that will explain exactly how to adjust your TV cable. I don`t remmember the site name but there is a ton of sites on this tranny.
