700r4 rebuild issues
Hello all,
I recently went through a 700 r4 and replaced all the clutches and steels and band. Everything was in good shape except for some burned clutches. Put it back together and am having a problem with up shifting. I remove the tv cable at the throttle body and it will stack shift I think I hits all the gears, I'd have to check again. One thing I notice is the tv cable snaps easily when the truck is off, but I can barly actuate it with he truck running. I bought a gauge set and the pressure sits at 120 in park at idle. Any ideas about what could cause that tv cane to not snap back when the engine is running? Thanks for any help |
