700r4 shifter which one to get
I just got my trany for the project a 700r4 mega raptor, Ive got all my sheet metal cut out for the floor and want to build a mount for shifter before welding it up, looked in my catalogs and don't see a lot of shifters for 4 speed auto I want one with a line lock button . I see two from BM the street bandit and the pro stick. any one have any input to help me out

LOKAR sells a shifter for a 700R4. It has a button on the top for a lockout, much like many factory shifter.

look at jegs or summit online. they sell B&M, Lokar, Mr. Gasket, etc. One of them probably has what you're looking for.

Thanks for input , I looked into lokar but too much like street stock I'm looking for a ratchet style drag race type. the two BM ones are different prices but look very simular want to know which ones better , smoother more reliable

chrisf thanks for the jegs tip found just what I wanted, supprised how many are availabe thnat are the same thing. Decided to go with BM pro ratchet. should be here early nekt week Thanks again
