700R4 Shutter Noise when Accelerating

I have a new 700R4 transmission that has what I can only describe as a "Slipping" or "Shuttering" noise when I get on the accellerator. I am using the TV cable system on it with a 350 HO engine. Has anyone seen this before? I stopped driving the car right away so I do not think I did any real damage.

What gear or gears does this happen in?
Are you using the correct TV cable geometry corrector on your carb linkage?

Yes, in all gears and I check the linkage geo 3 times. I think it's a valve body problem becuse when it heats up is the only time it does it so I pulled on the TV cable only and the pressure gauge reading did not increase at all so I am taking it back to the shop :o(
But thanks for helping!!
