700r4 slipping
i have a 86 k-5 blazer with 700r4. just did my first rebuild , reinstalled trans, now it slips in reverse real bad, it engages and will back up untill there is a load (up hill) then slips. forward gears are not as bad. any suggestions?

Was the TV Cable adjusted correctly?
Pressure test done?

700r4 slipping
hey thanks for the response , i followed the directions from other postings on adjusting the tv cable, so i hope i have adjusted it properly,as far as pressure testing , i have not done this because i am not sure how to go about doing this or what special tools will be needed , any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Look thru these, should find what you need for Pr. testing. I've posted links in a few Threads with places to find cheap 0-300psi. Test gauges etc..
