700r4 tranny question
I have a 85 silverado I believe it came with a 262ci. I have put in a early 70's 350ci. The tranny that was in there was a 700r4 i want to keep this tranny in there and i am wondering if there is any vacum lines or electrics i have to hook up? I am not sure if it had any of this because the truck was gutted when i got it.Can i just bolt it in and hook up the linkage? I think there is a 4 wire plug on the tranny if i plug it in with out the motor having any of the vacum or electrics on it will this even do me any good? I'm a rooky at this so talking me thru it would be apreciated.
