Well, the one I use doesn't bolt to the intake, but has served me well.

Thanks for the replies. I guess I'm going to just have to redo my system then. It just makes me mad, this car was all together several years ago, then it snowballed into tearing the front end apart to do a complete rebuild and detail. It I added up all the prices for the parts that mysteriously "disappeared" and I had to replace on not only this, but other projects, I'd probably get sick.
