700r4 VSS Speed Sensor bolt

Anyone know the size of the bolt that holds the VSS/Speed sensor into the tail shaft? I think its metric but not sure and I don't have the original.

I'd guess M6 x about 1/2''-5/8'' long.

I'd guess M6 about 15 or 20 mm long!
