sticking valves

how do i keep my valve from sticking i have the same problem

no you do not.... the quote by briscoe you posted is about the TV valve in the v-body, not shift valves

You have a v-body sticking in up shifted mode = 2nd gear from what you post.

You have some debris that is sticking the governor or the shift valves. Something is causing debris to stick the valves.

If you have replaced the v-body and various other bits... the debris is from the cooler system of the trans, the converter, bushings...

so in other words give it a good flush? if so can i do it at home cause i know lube shops use a machine that pump new fluids in and old fluids out

You need to find out where this debris is coming from..something is sticking the valves inside this transmission. You have gone from Throttle Valve sticking problems to shift valves sticking , along with governor problems.

It sounds like the cooling system for the transmission needs to be cleaned well or replaced. I would disassemble the transmission to clean and check everything.

You have posted about multiple valve body replacements caused by sticking valves. You posted about valve body cleaning along with governor sticking problems.

If the previous transmission trashed up the cooling system , that stuff will wash out with fresh fluid.
